Resolution of ‘working design’ detail (mud maps, sketches & schematics) before committing to contract documentation. This stage includes space planning, furniture layouts, custom furniture, and joinery and cabinetry schematic design. |
Production of precise documents detailing the extent of the project. This includes plans, elevations, sections, perspective drawings, and CAD 3D modelling where required. This stage also includes specification of Materials, Finishes, Colour, Lighting, Furniture, and Equipment. |
Administration |
Preparation and issue of tender documents establishing the cost of the project. |
To monitor, supervise and co-ordinate site works. |
Review of work as completed and rectification of defects to Client satisfaction. |
